If I choose not to pick up my order and have it shipped it on my behalf, how long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within the United States Only. Orders, which are placed by 1:00P.M. EST in most cases, are shipped that day,and depending on your chosen shipping method,should be received within 1-5 business days.Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.Your order will be shipped for you via USPS. USPS service does not include weekends or holidays as business days. Orders received after 1:00 P.M. Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. All shipping charges are based on your zip code and the amount of items in your basket.

How does shipping work?
Our shipping rates are not charged on a per carton basis. We base our shipping cost on the weight and location of where the package is shipped. We do not believe on making money from shipping charges, what we pay is what you'll pay. This way we can keep the cost per carton as low as possible, meaning the more you buy the less it costs per carton to ship. When ordering,please make sure that your billing address corresponds with the billing address your issuing credit card bank has on file for you. Orders will not be shipped until address verification can be obtained. You can on your second order have your cigarettes shipped to another location, you must first call your credit card company and add this alternate shipping address to you account. There will also be a one time fee on all first orders to cover the cost of the adult age verification process. This is a one-time fee at the moment and will be offset by current and future savings.

Is there an age restriction?
Absolutely! You have to be over 21 to purchase from this site. You also have to provide identification on receipt of shipment. We require a proper government recognized identification such as a drivers licence or passport. There is a one time $3.00 fee on all first orders for the adult verification service. You also have to certify that you are over 21 on the order form.

How fresh are my cigarettes?
Because we do such a high volume of sales we receive new stock daily. We guarantee that the products we sell are the freshest available. If you receive a product that is not fresh let us know and we will promptly replace it.

What if I have a problem with my order?

What if I don't see a certain type of cigarette on your web site?
Our supplier is constantly updating their inventory. In the event that you don't see something that you want please call or email us. In most cases, if we don't have the item in stock, we can order it for you. We have an extensive network of suppliers and vendors and can usually get what you want very quickly.

Will I be charged taxes?We will charge sales tax only if the order is being picked up or shipped to Kentucky. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with any laws in regard to the purchase and use of any cigarette products. In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, imposed by your particular State; the consumer may want to contact their state authorities here.

What is your return policy?
If you receive an incorrect item due to a mistake on our part please call or email us and we will gladly replace the wrong item with the correct item and include a prepaid shipping label with that order to ship the incorrect merchandise back to us at no cost to you. If there was a mistake on your part you can ship the incorrect merchandise back to us at yourexpense. Any item(s) sent out after your original order due to a mistake or damage will be charged to your credit card. Once the incorrect or damaged item(s) are returned to BigDaddySmokes.com we will credit that amount back to your credit card. If you decide that after you receive your order you do not want an item(s) just return the"unopened" carton(s) back to us and we will refund your credit card. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. How will I know you received my order?
You will receive an E-mail confirmation to let you know that your order was received and is being processed. You will receive your order in 1-5 working days depending on where you live. Remember a valid government recognized picture ID is required for your first order. You will also have to sign for your cigarette order.
