By entering this website you agree that all actions which take place over this website, and all our actions, including delivery through common and other carriers of the tobacco products you purchase, are governed exclusively under the laws of the State of Kentucky, with the sale having been made in Kentucky. Your order is available for pickup at our location (M-F, 9AM-2PM EST) or you may, at your sole discretion, instruct us to have you order delivered by common carrier or other carrier. Further, you agree that you are over 21 years of age and that these tobacco products are for your personal consumption and not for resale.
Transfer of title to the goods being sold in this order is taking place in the State of Kentucky. Accordingly, as the buyer, you may elect to pick the goods up at the point of sale or direct the seller to ship the goods on your behalf via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Shipment will be at your sole and exclusive direction and at your sole and exclusive expense.
You must be 21 years of age, possess a valid drivers license and credit card to purchase cigarette products from this site. We will not sell cigarettes to minors. All purchasers of cigarettes from us will be required to certify that they are 21 years of age or loder and purchases must be signed for by an adult. We reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction based on our sole discretion where we reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor. Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing items on behalf of a minor from this website is illegal.
